Shop
These blocks sell products from your project's shop in the chat: they show the catalogue, fill the cart, place the order and remind the buyer of their orders. Products, prices, delivery and payment are set up in the shop itself — in the project's "Shops" section. The blocks only show them in the conversation.
How to build a sale
- Add a "Shop: catalog" block and choose the shop in it.
- Connect the catalogue's "Cart" output to a "Shop: cart" block.
- Connect the cart's "Checkout" output to a "Shop: checkout" block.
- Connect the checkout's "Order placed" output to a block that thanks the buyer, and "Order failed" — to a block that takes them back to the cart or the catalogue.
- Place the "Shop: orders" block separately, for example behind a "My orders" button in the menu.
Choose the same shop in all blocks of the chain.
Important
The "Shop" list shows only the shops of the project the bot belongs to. Until a shop is chosen, the block sends nothing.
Note
A buyer has one cart per shop. A product added in the chat is also visible in other channels of this shop — and vice versa.
